On Friday March 20, we joined Yerong Creek and Boree Creek Public Schools for Harmony Day activities. The students rotated in multi-age groups to participate in dance, mandala making from natural materials, and creating Harmony Day hand posters.
Our student reporters highlight the fun of the day:
- Samantha: "My favourite was when we traced our hands and got to colour them in with paint markers."
- Lachlan: "Molly and I made a mandala together with rocks, shells, and leaves."
- James: "We did the Irish Skip and an African dance!"
Well done also to Lachlan who joined the Henty Public School Paul Kelly Cup team recently.
